Dr Terry Anne at True Balance has been excellent. She takes the time to understand what is causing the problem rather than simply treating the symptoms, and I’ve found her approach to chiropractic care both professional and effective.

For years i had neck and lower back pain and with her treatment, adjustments and plan for mobility exercises, i have been relieved of that pain.
